In this hands-on bean-to-bar workshop, you’ll explore the complete chocolate-making process. From carefully roasting and grinding cacao to tempering and molding your very own chocolate bars. Guided by our chocolate experts, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of how true craft chocolate is made and why every step matters.

What You’ll Experience

- Roast, grind, and winnow cacao beans to begin the bean-to-bar process

- Learn professional tempering and molding techniques

- Customize, pour, and create your own chocolate bars to take home

- Understand the full journey of cacao from root to bar
