This 1-hour chocolate workshop introduces you to the world of cacao and its remarkable journey from tropical fruit to fine bean-to-bar chocolate. Guided by our chocolate experts, you'll explore every step of the chocolate-making process. From harvesting and fermentation to grinding, refining, and tempering. You'll gain insight into the health benefits of cacao, its nutritional properties, and why high-quality chocolate begins at the source.

To complete the experience, you’ll learn how to taste chocolate like a professional through a guided sensory session and a blind chocolate tasting featuring a variety of origins and flavor profiles.

 

What You’ll Experience:

- Introduction to cacao, its origins, and the full chocolate-making process

- Tasting of fresh cacao fruit and roasted cacao beans

- Exploration of cacao’s nutritional value and natural health benefits

- Professional chocolate tasting techniques and a blind flavor test
