Refund policy

 

We understand that travel plans can change, and we do our best to accommodate schedule adjustments whenever possible. The following policy applies to all Blue Valley Chocolate and Maleku Chocolate tours, workshops, and experiences.

 

14 Days or More in Advance

Cancellations made 14 days or more before your scheduled experience are fully refundable.You may cancel or reschedule directly online through your booking confirmation link.

 

7 to 13 Days in Advance

Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before your scheduled experience are eligible for an 80% refund.

You may also reschedule online through your booking confirmation link, if space allows.

 

Less Than 7 Days in Advance

Cancellations made less than 7 days before your scheduled experience are non-refundable.

However, you may reschedule online through your booking confirmation link, if space allows.

 

No-Shows

Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled tour or class, or who arrive more than 30 minutes late without notice, will be considered no-shows and are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.

 

Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances

If we must cancel or postpone your experience due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
