By booking or participating in any workshop, class, farm tour, or related activity (the “Activity”) organized by Blue Valley Chocolate SRL (“the Company”), I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. 
   Assumption of Risk:
   
   I understand that participation in the Activity may involve certain inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, contact with tools or machinery, exposure to insects or wildlife, food handling, and general outdoor conditions. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume all risks associated with the Activity, whether known or unknown.
   
2. 
   Release of Liability:
   
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Blue Valley Chocolate SRL, its owners, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including medical costs) arising out of or related to any injury, accident, or illness occurring during or as a result of my participation in the Activity, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Company.
   
3. 
   Medical Fitness:
   
   I certify that I am physically able to participate and do not have any medical condition that would make participation unsafe. I agree to inform staff of any allergies or relevant health conditions before the Activity begins.
   
4. 
   Photography and Media Consent:
   
   I grant the Company the right to take and use photographs, video, and other recordings of me during the Activity for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes, in any format or media, without compensation or further approval.
   
5. 
   Compliance and Conduct:
   
   I agree to follow all safety instructions and behave responsibly. The Company reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior endangers themselves, others, or company property.
   
6. 
   Governing Law:
   
   This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Costa Rica. If any portion of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full effect.

By confirming my booking or attending the Activity, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
